We use these refresher sessions for mindful meditation and a discussion of various aspects of mindfulness and our individual meditation practices. This is a great chance to meditate in community and to rededicate ourselves to our practice.

Friday November 6th: 9:45 to 11:45 am at The Yoga Garden at 82 Prospect St in White Plains.
Friday December 4th: 9:45 to 11:45 am at The Yoga Garden at 82 Prospect St in White Plains.
Evenings:
Thursday October 15th: 6:30 to 8:00 pm in Larchmont, NY.
Thursday November 19th: 6:30 to 8:00 pm in Larchmont, NY.
Thursday December 10th: 6:30 to 8:00 pm in Larchmont, NY.

Donations are gratefully accepted to continue to support the space and a scholarship fund for the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. (Suggested Amt: $25)
